Licenses

Stranded RNA Sequencing Libraries Limited Use Label License: This product and its use are the subject of one or more issued and/or pending U.S. and foreign patent applications owned by Max Planck Gesellschaft and controlled by New England Biolabs, Inc. The purchase of this product from Watchmaker Genomics, Inc., its affiliates, or its authorized resellers and distributors conveys to the purchaser the non-transferable right to use the purchased amount of the product and components of the product in research conducted by the purchaser (whether the purchaser is an academic, non-profit, or for-profit entity). The purchase of this product does not convey a license under any claims in the foregoing patents or patent applications directed to producing the product.

Uracil Tolerant Polymerase Limited Use Label License: This product and its use are subject to a license by University of Newcastle Upon Tyne. The use of these products may require you to obtain additional third party intellectual property rights for certain applications.

Miscellaneous

These Terms of Use are governed by the internal substantive laws of the State of Colorado, without resort to its conflict of laws principles. If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms of Use. You expressly agree that exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute with Watchmaker, or in any way relating to your use of our Sites, resides in the courts of the State of Colorado. If any provision or part of these Terms of Use is found by any court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable under any applicable law, such invalidity or unenforceability will not render these Terms of Use unenforceable or invalid as a whole, and such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein. Watchmaker shall be permitted to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms of Use without any notification or consent required.
