gp32 Highlights
T4 Gene 32 (gp32) is a single-stranded DNA binding protein (SSBP) that is involved in T4 bacteriophage replication and repair. gp32 binds and stabilizes single-stranded DNA and is utilized as an additive in molecular biology assays to increase DNA yield.
- Increase efficiency and primer specificity during PCR and isothermal amplification
- Enhance yield during RT-PCR
- Custom formats, including high concentration, support lyophilization applications
- Reduce material costs with a drop-in solution that delivers equivalent performance at a differentiated price point
- Highly stringent enzyme manufacturing ensures quality performance across lots
